During the comprehensive Medical Records Review, we incorporate all aspects of a hospital’s medical records including Inpatient, Outpatient, and Emergency Room. The records are reviewed for accuracy in coding, group assignments, compliance, and optimum reimbursement. Education will be provided for the staff and a report will be timely submitted. All procedures from the individual records Reviews will be followed, as well as all of the rules, regulations, and guidelines for compliance.
