During a full, comprehensive, Emergency Department Review, we include both the Facility’s, technical component, and the Physician’s, professional components. The Review includes Charge Sheets, Diagnosis codes, Procedure codes, E&M (Evaluation and Management) codes and E&M (Evaluation and Management) criteria, the use of Modifiers, the level of Documentation, Billing, and Education.  The primary objectives are Compliance and Optimal Reimbursement.
