During the comprehensive Medical Records Coding Review, we incorporate all aspects of a hospital’s medical record coding including Inpatient, Outpatient, and Emergency Room. The records are reviewed for accuracy in coding, group assignments, compliance, and optimum reimbursement. Education will be provided for the staff and a report will be timely submitted. All procedures from the individual records Reviews will be followed, as well as all of the rules, regulations, and guidelines for compliance.
