During this Physicians’ Review in the “ER”, we focus on the ICD-9-CM Diagnosis Codes, Evaluation and Management (E&M) assignment levels, CPT Procedure Codes, the use of Modifiers, and the level of Documentation. We will also Review #1500 Forms, and Detail Bills to insure the accuracy of billing and compliance. A final report will be submitted in a timely manner.
